Relationships in the workplace seem to be a hot topic, so I'll address this question next. Instead of having to repeat myself about the particulars of dating in the workplace, please read the first 4 paragraphs of the post below before continuing.

Now guys, you want to win over a woman at work. This is normal because many times we feel attracted to someone that we spend a lot of time with, such as the workplace. Now I am going to repeat myself here. If the woman that you are attracted to is married or in a relationship, do not attempt to win her over. There are many single women out there so you don't have to mess up someone's marriage. And it just isn't right.

Now to win with women at work here is what you need to do. First you need to look presentable. Shower, shave and do whatever you need to do to look nice. Women don't want a man that has bad hygiene or looks like they just rolled out of bed.

When you approach a woman you need to be confident, but not cocky or a know-it-all. Don't dominate the conversation and don't just talk about yourself. However you don't want to be a meek little lamb either. Add to the conversation, don't dominate it.

What many women find attractive in a man is self confidence, a great personality, humor and to be a good listener. You don't have to have movie star looks to win with women, you just have to treat them right.
